The hotel exceeded my expectations with its convenient location near shops and restaurants, but the ongoing refurbishment was a bit disruptive. The service was impeccable, especially thanks to the attentive manager. The dining experience was delightful, with every dish served on nicely warmed plates. However, the raw fish option was a letdown.
